We are seeking a motivated and creative Summer Intern for our Marketing Department to support key marketing and communication initiatives. This internship will provide hands-on experience across digital marketing, content development, internal communications, and brand support.  This position will be based at our Global World Headquarters in Neponset, Illinois.

Top Responsibilities
  • Cross-Sell Strategy Support
    • Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in developing and executing a cross-sell initiative by organizing materials, supporting campaigns, and coordinating communications.
  • Content & Internal Communications
    • Support ongoing communication efforts through the creation of newsletters, ICYMI content, internal updates, and employee engagement materials.
  • Website Content & Optimization
    • Help audit and update website content, improve messaging consistency, refresh imagery, and identify opportunities to enhance SEO and user engagement.
  • SEO & AI Optimization Research
    • Conduct keyword research, monitor digital visibility, and assist with optimizing content for search engines and AI-driven platforms.
  • Promotional & Marketing Support
    • Assist with promotional inventory management, fulfillment of promo requests, and general marketing support projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Interest in marketing, branding, content creation, or digital communications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
